1. Phạm vi áp dụng

Điều khoản này áp dụng cho việc truy cập và sử dụng website izy.vn cùng các ứng dụng, dịch vụ do IZY.VN cung cấp (gọi chung là "Dịch vụ"). Khi truy cập website hoặc sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.

Một số sản phẩm có điều khoản riêng cho từng ứng dụng — ví dụ Điều khoản sử dụng JPT eSign. Trường hợp có khác biệt, điều khoản riêng của ứng dụng được ưu tiên áp dụng cho ứng dụng đó.

2. Sử dụng Dịch vụ

• Sử dụng Dịch vụ đúng mục đích, tuân thủ pháp luật hiện hành và quy định của tổ chức bạn.
• Không can thiệp, phá hoại, dò quét trái phép hoặc gây ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của hệ thống.
• Không sử dụng Dịch vụ để lưu trữ hoặc phát tán nội dung vi phạm pháp luật hoặc xâm phạm quyền của bên thứ ba.

3. Tài khoản

Một số Dịch vụ yêu cầu tài khoản do tổ chức của bạn cấp hoặc do bạn đăng ký. Bạn có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập và các thao tác thực hiện bằng tài khoản của mình. Tài khoản do tổ chức cấp có thể bị quản lý, giới hạn hoặc thu hồi theo cấu hình của tổ chức đó.

4. Sở hữu trí tuệ

Tên IZY, logo, giao diện, nội dung website và phần mềm thuộc quyền sở hữu của IZY.VN hoặc bên cấp phép. Không được sao chép, sửa đổi, phân phối hoặc sử dụng cho mục đích thương mại khi chưa được đồng ý bằng văn bản.
